Brett’s extensive litigation experience spans state and federal courts, where he has handled cases in various areas, including contract disputes, landlord-tenant issues, federal employment matters, product liability, and personal injury defense. His broad expertise and comprehensive knowledge enable him to successfully navigate complex cases and provide strong advocacy for our clients. Brett has extensive experience in representing and advising licensees at the Virginia Department of Health Professions, including the Board of Medicine, Board of Dentistry, Board of Nursing, and Board of Pharmacy. Brett has handled all facets of those Administrative proceedings, including investigations, Informal Conferences, and Formal Hearings.
